We like to get to know you.

More than research (although, it does involve some), we want to sit down with you to learn more about you and your business, its mission, values, people, products and services. We want to know about your journey: Where did you begin? Where are you now? Where do you want to be — and what’s standing in your way? 

With this knowledge, we dive even deeper, looking for opportunities within your brand and industry. How do you show up for customers? Is there misalignment between how you view yourself and how customers see you? We do this by looking at your online presence (and that of competitors) — from email campaigns, to social media, to blogs and beyond — to see where you excel at telling your story and where you could use some help. 

If opportunities exist, we find them and develop a plan tailored to your needs, strengths and values. Our approach may use several mediums or only one, but the goal is always the same: to help you grow your brand through storytelling. We do this by working with you to capture your own story and by using story — and other forms of content — to add value for customers.
